Support For Moments That Matter The Most
Facing surgery, healing from it, preparing to give birth, or adjusting to life after baby arrives — these are the moments when you need more than information. You need someone who understands both the clinical reality and the emotional weight of what you're going through.
As a therapist living with endometriosis myself, I offer one-on-one consultations designed to help you feel informed, supported, and genuinely prepared — not just for what's ahead medically, but for how it feels to go through it.
Endometriosis Excision Surgery Preparation
Walk into surgery feeling prepared, not just scheduled. Preparing for excision surgery is about more than checking off a to-do list — it's about feeling emotionally ready for what's ahead. In this consultation, we'll cover what to expect, how to advocate for yourself, how to prepare your support system and recovery plan, and ways to reduce anxiety heading in. You'll leave with a personalized plan built around what you need to feel confident going into surgery.
Endometriosis Recovery Consultation
Recovery is a process, not a single event. Recovery doesn't end when you leave the hospital. These sessions offer guidance and support as you navigate healing, adjust to life after surgery, manage expectations, advocate for ongoing care, and process the emotional impact of what you've been through. My goal is to help you feel supported for the whole recovery journey — not just the first few weeks.
Trauma-Informed Birth Preferences Consultation
Your birth plan is more than logistics — it's about feeling safe. Your birth plan should reflect more than your medical preferences — it should honor your emotional needs, values, and sense of safety. Together we'll create a trauma-informed birth plan that helps you communicate your wishes, identify potential triggers, advocate for your needs, and prepare for different birth scenarios while staying flexible. Whether you've experienced trauma, live with chronic illness, or simply want a more intentional birth experience, this consultation is designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported.
Postpartum Planning Consultation
You don't have to figure out postpartum on your own. Bringing a baby home is a major life transition, and having a plan can make all the difference. This consultation is designed to help you intentionally prepare for the emotional, physical, and practical realities of the postpartum period, drawing on resources from Postpartum Support International (PSI).
Sessions may be booked individually or with your partner or support person(s). Together, we'll explore what support will look like after baby arrives, identify your village, discuss boundaries and communication, prepare for common emotional changes, and create a personalized postpartum plan with resources tailored to your family's needs.
Whether you're expecting your first baby or growing your family, this consultation is designed to help you feel supported, informed, and confident as you transition into postpartum life.
Brainspotting Intensives
Give yourself space to move through what feels stuck. Brainspotting Intensives provide extended, focused sessions for individuals looking to process trauma, medical experiences, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, or other significant life events in a deeper way than traditional therapy allows. These personalized intensives create dedicated time for healing, helping you move through experiences that may feel "stuck" while building nervous system regulation and resilience. These sessions are virtually for clients in North and South Carolina.
Investment
Your support should fit your needs—not a one-size-fits-all fee. Every consultation is unique, and pricing reflects the service, scope, and level of support you choose. A personalized quote will be provided during the inquiry and booking process. If you're unsure which service is the best fit, I'm happy to help you determine the right option during your complimentary consultation.
These services are offered on a private-pay basis only. Because they are consultation and support services—not psychotherapy or medical care—they are not eligible for insurance billing or reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service.
